Huawei has a new budget-friendly smartphones nearing launch: the Huawei Y8S. Press renders and key specs of the devices have now leaked online.
[ngg src=”galleries” ids=”9″ display=”basic_imagebrowser”]The upcoming Huawei Y8S is the company’s new entry-level offering.Under the hood of the Huawei Y8S is the Kirin 710 SoC with a paltry 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage.It does have a dedicated MicroSD slot that supports cards of up to 512GB capacity.
It features a 6.5-inch LCD display with HD+ (2340×1080) resolution,The tiny notch houses an 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
This phone has a double camera setup on the back. The vertically stacked camera array consists of a 48-megapixel and a 2-megapixel sensor. The back panel also houses a capacitive fingerprint reader.
This phone gets a much bigger 4,000mAh battery that charges via a Micro-USB port. It’s unclear if it’ll support the same 10W fast charging or Huawei will improve things here as well.It boots the Android 9-based EMUI 9.1 out of the box.
